Epidemic of plague being now practically over I can dispense with Professor Simpson's services at end of August as He will then go on with work of Commission. He requests me to ask you to telegraph Lord Kitchener asking him to give Commission every facility to proceed with and complete their investigations. Professor Simpson hopes to be in London by second week November.
